Brink Chair – Wood Base

Brink began with the ambition to create a chair that felt light and almost effortless, yet offered the strength required for everyday use. Working within a familiar typology, the design is pushed to its limits: the shell is refined to its thinnest expression, where the bend becomes the defining gesture. Introducing a crisp seat with subtle bounce and flexibility. It is precisely at this brink, where material, comfort, and durability meet in tension, that the chair finds its name and character. The shift in planes creates a distinct shadow on both the front and back, adding depth and definition and giving the chair a strong presence within a familiar typology.
